  The front desk staff was very friendly, helpful and professional. Dan, the server in the lobby restaurant, was extremely friendly and went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and well taken care of. Because of Dan and the front desk staff, we will be coming back again soon. Even the janitor who was cleaning the lobby men's room was very nice. Great location near the airport and downtown Salt Lake and easy freeway access a block away. A really great value for the price. Thanks.

  Nice and friendly staff, room was okay for cleanliness. Biggest problem was the hotel shuttle. It may have been because we had a late flight (12am), but the van filled up very quickly and it took 45 minutes per trip, so we ended up standing there for over an hour. Apparently, it also goes to the Ramada, but it’s not marked or noted anywhere that is immediately apparent. Overall, though, it was good for a last minute booking and it provided what we needed.

  We stayed 2 days, rooms were clean & staff was great. The first day we stayed we went to the restaurant on a Sunday, one person working, every table was full, and he was running to keep people happy, every one was patient with him and seemed happy because he was working so hard, I think his name was Tebo or something like that. The second day Dan helped us, he was a sweetheart, so helpful too, when we was leaving on Tue. the power went out and we left books in our room, Dan mailed them to us since we was locked out of room. The manager was marvelous, I fell in town one day, and he made sure I was taken care of with lots of bandages and that I didn't need to see a doctor. We will surely be back! Thank you.

  Staying here for a conference. I love the decor and ambiance of the hotel as you enter the lobby. Feels like I was taken back in Europe! Love the feel. The rooms are well appointed and very clean! Very spacious as well! I love how there are separate sinks for when someone is using the shower (one sink in there), you can use the other sink located in the dressing area. Front desk: It's a hit and miss with some front desk staff. As I checked in, I am not really familiar with the area, so I was asking the lady who checked me in regarding shuttles if any to the convention center and all she said was read the sign. OMG, oh well, maybe she wasn't aware of it as well. Or, maybe a bad day for her? Nonetheless, the next day, I approached the front desk again asking how to get to the convention center and amazingly, another staff was friendly enough to hand me a map, and highlight where to go. Overall, I love this hotel! It is elegant in feel and beautifully designed.
